Terms & Conditions
Pricing:
- Contact the factory direct or your local sales representative by email, phone, or fax for current pricing on Hatch equipment
- All pricing is quoted in Canadian dollars
- All provincial and federal taxes are extra
- For exports: all applicable duties, customs fees and taxes are extra
- O.B. Hatch factory, Guelph, Ontario, Canada
Payment Terms:
- All order invoices are payable Net 30 days for all authorized food service dealers
- Payments can be made by cheque, direct deposit, Visa or Mastercard
Order Cancellations:
- Hatch equipment is made to order specifically to accommodate client dishware, tray & rack dimensions and capacities
- As such, order cancellations will not be accepted once the order has entered the production process
- Any orders or parts thereof that are cancelled prior to commencing production will be subject to a 30% to 50% cancellation fee depending on the model classification to be cancelled
Returns:
- All Hatch invoices are stamped: “Custom Units – No Returns”
- Equipment returns will not be accepted by Hatch.
- However, there will be circumstances where Hatch Industries, in the best interests of the client, will accept the return of standard product
- Return of product will only be accepted with a return authorization number; there will be no exceptions
- Any resulting authorized credit will be dependent on inspection of the equipment upon return and credit will only be issued if the product is deemed to be re-sellable at full market value
- Credits will be issued on account for future business only
- Refunds will not be issued
- No responsibility will be assumed by Hatch Industries Limited towards freight costs, freight damages, and final party usage of any Hatch product that is returned
- This classification of damage to the product will be the sole responsibility of the company or companies returning the goods
Freight & Freight Damage:
- All product shipments are the responsibility of the authorized food service dealer or client
- Shipments are released as F.O.B. Guelph
- Hatch will arrange shipments for release and process all paperwork once your freight provider of choice has been identified
- Any damages incurred while in transport must be reported immediately to the freight company and the freight company damage policies will be in effect for the dealer
- Hatch will not accept any liability for hidden damage
- In the case of hidden damage, photographic evidence of the packaging and the unit along with a signed way bill from the receiver stating there are damages are to be forwarded to your freight company
- In the case of special shipments where Hatch takes responsibility for the freight costs and shipment, Hatch will be responsible for following the correct damaged freight procedures of the freight company
- Hatch must be notified immediately of such damages along with photographic evidence of the damaged units and the damaged cartons
- Hatch will not take any responsibility without photographic evidence
